This program is designed for our clients that are over the age of 55. Given the specific needs of clients in this demographic these workouts are designed with lower impact while still getting the maximum result. This program can be done at home or in the gym. This program is a completely custom and personalized to each client. We first do a 10-15 min consultation to understand your goals, timeframe, and where you will be working out. From there we design a program that is unique to you and your goals. Your workouts will be updated on a weekly basis in order to ensure maximum accountability and growth.
